New customers

  • How do I become a customer?

    Fill out the new account form on the Contact page, or call (845) 628-4201. We call back same business day to set up your pricing, delivery day, and first order.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    No. One case is fine. We deliver to small delis the same way we deliver to country clubs.

  • Do I need a business license?

    Yes — Castle Provisions is a wholesale (B2B) distributor. We sell to licensed restaurants, delis, schools, caterers, country clubs, and institutions. Not to consumers.

Delivery

  • Where do you deliver?

    Putnam, Westchester, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland counties in NY, and Fairfield County in CT. Same-day in Putnam, next-day across the rest of the Hudson Valley. See our Service Area page for a map.

  • When do trucks roll?

    Monday through Friday, starting at 6 AM. Most deliveries land between 7 AM and 11 AM.

  • How late can I order?

    For next-day delivery, place your order by 4 PM the day before. Same-day in Putnam usually requires a morning call.

  • Do you deliver on weekends?

    No. Castle runs Monday through Friday only. Saturday or Sunday rush orders should be placed by Friday.

Ordering & billing

  • How do I place an order?

    By phone. Call (845) 628-4201 and talk to your account rep. Many of our customers also text or email regular orders.

  • Do you offer credit terms?

    Yes — most accounts run on net-15 or net-30 terms after the first delivery. Your rep will set this up during onboarding.

  • What happens if a product is out of stock?

    Your driver or rep calls before the truck rolls. We'll suggest a sub or skip the line — your call.

  • How do I handle a recall?

    We notify you the same hour we hear it from the source. Affected product gets pulled and credited automatically.

Catering & special orders

  • Do you supply caterers?

    Yes — we supply event kitchens and caterers across the region with bulk product, paper goods, and last-mile coordination. See our Services page.

  • Can you handle a one-off large order?

    Yes. Call ahead — bigger orders need 48–72 hours for sourcing depending on the items.

  • Do you carry organic / specialty product?

    We can source most things. Call your rep — if it's in the regional supply, we can get it.
