What we collect
When you submit the contact form or the new-customer application form on this site, you give us your name, business name, email, phone number, delivery address (or zip), and a short message. That's it. We don't run analytics, trackers, or third-party advertising scripts on this site.
Why we collect it
To contact you back. We use the information you submit to set up your account, return your call, or respond to your question. Nothing else.
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our internal email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Customer account information is retained for as long as your account is active, plus seven years for tax and audit purposes. Inquiry submissions that don't lead to an account are kept for one year and then deleted.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we use are session cookies set by Netlify for security purposes, which expire when you close the browser.
